Feedback from Readers

Thanks to all these readers for sending feedback! I love getting your comments—just wish I could print all I’ve received in their entirety. I’ve used your initials only; “M” for males and “F” for females; and the city or area of residence. You can contact me anytime by clicking “Email Lynne” above the banner on my web site.

I had to guess if this is the 10 percent of us lucky ones, and not the 10% shown in the pie chart... If so, how about this...90 percent of our global family, women and men, who live through lives dominated by male tyrannies.

April 1: You have the gift of compassion. You are a credit to our gender. Great job!
May 27: You need to get published in newspapers and/or magazines!!!

You’ve found your medium! You go, girl! Congrats. You and David make a good team! P.S. I was just thinking today, “How could I contact the women of Iraq and call on the mothers to stop the killing . . .”

I don’t know what you are trying to accomplish with this website but I think you have missed the mark. It is not going to change any mind and will piss many people off for no gain. Hopefully men are men and women are women.

I love it when you send me to the dictionary just to understand what you are writing about!...I became enthralled in this fascinating story of goal setting and commitment with your wise feminine flavoring until... ZAP... [He lay there, “wondering if I was alive,” in the foreboding presence of the unimpressed Mother Goddess.] Lynne, I am STILL laughing out loud !! Your writing is terrific and the message clear!

Your website certainly did raise my awareness of how much longer and harder “we” women work (even in our sleep)…I especially can relate to “birthing new ideas takes longer than killing outdated ones…” I continue to be impressed with the wonderful talent you have for expressing yourself and drawing mind pictures with your words. What a gift!

I read your Mother’s Day blog, in fact—I think I'm fully caught up reading back posts. Plus I’m subscribing, so, I shouldn’t miss any.

Enjoyed reading your poem you wrote in the 80’s. Continue—your writing it is wonderful.

Wow, Lynne - this one surpasses ranting and reaches revealing! Having worked with CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates for abused children), I have often been more than confused about many of the dynamics and could only sense that God had been kicked from the formula. As usual, you get into some ‘undiscussable’ areas that are difficult to learn about from mainstream avenues.

Read in entirety today....loved the “Giggles” page. Waiting for next newsletter.

We don’t agree on many things but I want to THANK YOU for sending the link to “Peace, Propaganda, and the Promised Land”… both my husband and I have become increasingly uneasy about the “occupied territories” and the one-way reporting done in the U.S. This video highlighted our concerns.... Thank you again for, at the least, provoking THOUGHT. It’s rare in today's world.

Congratulations on your website. I’ve taken the time to look at it and must say that it is very informative with loads of information and contact numbers…something to really draw interest to others who like to talk about things like that. I have it saved on ‘my favorites’ to where you’re a click away.
