I’ve been observing gender behavior for more than twenty years. Through intense focus on gender differences (and similarities!) it has become clear to me that women and girls have never been fully included in the human family. Intentional or lack of understanding? It doesn’t matter. What matters is that this man’s world is in a helluva mess, and not many males profess to want to invest their personal energy to change it for the better (unless they get something out of it).
As daughter, sibling, wife, employee, corporate partner, mother, teacher, author, performer, publisher, producer, and entrepreneuse, my successes depended on mutually beneficial relationships with the opposite sex. I know from experience that win-win solutions are possible. The truth is that males and females are more different than we’ve bothered to imagine—yet the genders are more complimentary than we’ve been trained or allowed to accept. |

The risks of continuing the exclusively masculine reasoning of kill or be killed are beyond comprehension. The greatest loss is the waste of intelligence that could be used for preparing a new home in the cosmos for Homo sapiens.
